A new series highlighting some of the most controversial, and often underreported, moments in sports history is coming to Netflix.
The streaming giant announced the five-part series titled “UNTOLD” on Tuesday. Beginning August 10th, Netflix will release the show on a weekly basis. Each episode runs roughly 80 minutes in length,
For many fans, the series will offer a new perspective on some of the biggest controversies in sports as well as many unknown stories. The premiere episode is set to focus on the infamous 2004 brawl between the Indiana Pacers and Detroit Pistons, where Ron Artest ended up getting into it with a fan in the bleachers.
Also featured in the series will be the personal story of Olympian Caitlyn Jenner, the meteoric rise and unfortunate downfall of boxer Christy Martin and even the true tale of a UHL hockey team who took orders from the teenage son of a mob boss.
