How Travis Scott Uses his Influence to Connect with Younger Generations

by | Sep 17, 2020 | Fashion

Travis Scott has always combined a grungy yet mysterious persona with a nostalgic youthful experience for fans to connect to his music, merchandise and tour experiences.

In 2018, the rapper’s ASTROWORLD carnival themed tour made history by grossing $53.5 million—the most revenue ever for a hip hop roadshow.

His most recent collab with McDonalds features a 90’s nostalgic feel with his very own “Travis Scott Meal” and vintage merch collection.

GQ’s Gerrick D. Kennedy’s interview with Scott covers the rapper’s Fortnight collaboration earlier this year as well as a look into his most recent music work for Christopher Nolan’s film Tenet.
