Watch NBA Players Get Roasted on Jimmy Kimmel’s ‘Mean Tweets’

by | Jul 8, 2021 | Entertainment

Jimmy Kimmel’s fan-favorite Mean Tweets segment returned to the late night program this week with a focus on the NBA.

Featured in the clip are both former players, current stars and personalities associated with the league. Making appearances were Pascal Siakam, Zach Lavine, Shaquille O’Neal, Grant Hill, Caron Butler, Brandon Ingram, Ja Morant, Spencer Dinwiddie, Kyle Lowry, Dwight Howard, Khris Middleton, Kemba Walker and even LaVar Ball.

The mean tweets included a dig at LaVar Ball’s teeth, a shot at Kemba Walker’s height and even a comparison of Dwight Howard to a Soundcloud rapper hustling his mixtape. It didn’t stop there though – one twitter user likened Trae Young’s hair to a lollipop dropped on the carpet… yikes!

As you can imagine, all the players took the shots at them pretty well and had some creative clapbacks of their own. Watch the entire clip below!
